i don’t think so, not when it’s just water that touches them, it would be a different story if the water is carried by cloth (as in wiping)

what powers do spectacles have btw? can they make just one wish come true? lol – j/k

    A drop of water has a different refractive index than glass, so the light passing through that drop would be refracted differently. Hard to get enough water on spectacles to change the refraction much. Wear your glasses next time you go in a pool, and check for yourself. Check : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refractive_index
