Ok evertime i get up fast i see a bunch of colors blur my vision for about 10seconds.This has happend even before i got Glasses and Contacts.When i wear glasses and get up fast the same thing happens.When i wear Contacts the same thing happens.When i wear no eyewear it still happens.What coud this be?Is this normal?My mom says it is because i get up to fast and don’t give time for my eyes to adjust….Is she right?Please help!Thanks

your mom is right it has nothing to do with you eyes its the difference in how hard you body has to wrk to get blood to you head
