Anything does. Although light colors don’t show that much.

I had to wear makeup with glasses for three years, so I see where you’re coming from. (: I think it glasses look really nice with a shimmery eyeshadow. I recommend going for a shade that’s a little darker than your skin tone. A dark-ish shimmery eyeshadow will make your eyes look brighter and whiter. It also look super pretty with a really volumizing mascara. I hope I helped!
Anything goes, just be aware that you can get away with doing your eye makeup a little heavier when wearing glasses, since the makeup won’t show up as much through the frames.
ALSO, be sure not to neglect using concealer (that is one shade lighter than your skin) under your eyes. The shadows cast by glasses can make dark circles (which 9 out of 10 people have) appear even worse.
Michelle Phan did a great tutorial on cute makeup for glasses. I really LOVE the unique double lines she did. It looks especially cool with the glasses. Check it out!
