ALSO, be sure not to neglect using concealer (that is one shade lighter than your skin) under your eyes. (: I think it glasses look really nice with a shimmery eyeshadow. I recommend going for a shade that's a little darker than your skin tone. A dark-ish shimmery eyeshadow will make your eyes look brighter and whiter. It also look super pretty with a really volumizing mascara.
